In July 2017, I joined the philosophy department. At Columbia University as an assistant professor after teaching for a year at Dartmouth College. Earlier in 2017 I finished my PhD in the Department of Philosophy. In Ancient Greek and Roman Philosophy at the University of Chicago. My dissertation The Labors of Wisdom. Before Chicago, I studied ancient philosophy at Oxford and Cambridge on a Marshall Scholarship. For five years I held a Beinecke Scholarship.
