Mid-fall is a time for students, family, and alumni to gather and have fun at Family Weekend and Homecoming. Each spring the College gathers to celebrate award recipients from across campus at the College Honors Awards Reception. Senior Week concludes with a special reception for students and their families at the Museum of Science and Industry MSI Night.

UChicago fundraising campaign supports inquiry and impact. University launches public phase of most ambitious fundraising campaign in history. The year was marked by a Nobel Prize, research breakthroughs, and historic anniversaries. New method uses heat flow to levitate a variety of objects.
